Join us on Thursday, May 4, 2017 as we honor William J. Larkin with the Ottaway Medal. The Medal is named for Ruth and James Ottaway, Sr. who set the bar for philanthropic leadership in Orange County and is given each year to a member of the community who exemplies the leadership the Ottaways developed here.
In his 38th year of serving in the New York State Legislature, Senator Larkin also served in the US Army for 23 years, including during World War II. Whether it is in the Senate, as a WWII veteran, or as a neighbor to everyone in his region, Senator Larkin's personal mission is to better the lives of everyone he serves.
